The saints above are: St. Basil the Great and St. Apostle Andrew, below: St. Cosmas and Damian and St. Great Martyr Mercurios. On the edge are depicted: St. Anastasius Pecherski and St. Sergius of Radonesh.
The text on the back states which relics are included: Part of the Cross of the Lord, Relics of St. Basil the Great, St. Cosmas and Damian, St. Anastasius Pecherski, St. Sergius of Radonesh, St. Mercurius and St. Apostle Andrew.
The painting dates back to the 19th c. and was later restored. The unopened silver cross with the relics is from the 16th/17th c. Icons with relics are of the greatest rarity.
